Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports New Jersey mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 1 basis point from 4.28% to 4.29% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.22% (UT) to the highest rate of 4.41% (MD, MS, NV). Currently, New Jersey mortgage rates are 1 basis point higher than the national average of 4.28%.
The New Jersey mortgage rate on September 3, 2010, is up 4 basis points from last week's average New Jersey rate of 4.25%.
